We are proud to announce that Earthfest 2008 is set for Saturday August 16th from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm at historic Fountain Park in downtown Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The park is located between 8th and 9th Streets and Erie and Ontario Avenues. We are asking all artists and vendors for $45 to reserve booth space. This money will help pay for park fees and entertainment costs.

NOTE : On the event date, please check in at the Information Booth and we will designate an area for you to set-up. For any questions, please call Kathy or Craig at 920-452-3805.

PARKING : After unloading, please park your vehicle behind the Social Services Building that fronts North 8th Street at the east side of the park.

One of the initiatives of Earthfest is to promote recycling and composting and we would appreciate your assistance in directing fest visitors to the correct receptacles. We’d also like you to pack out all your refuse (except cans, bottles, and compostable food) to keep trash barrels from overflowing.

The Earthfest Committee has decided to promote sustainable farming and local growers this year because it’s Wisconsin’s Year of Agriculture. We’ll be looking for local growers to supply our food products and we have an exciting line-up for the Speaker’s Tent. Our Special Guest speaker at 2pm will be Will Allen of Growing Power, Milwaukee.
