We are proud to announce that Earthfest 2010 is celebrating its 20th anniversary by running for two days; Saturday August 21st from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday, August 22nd from 10am to 5pm at Fountain Park in downtown Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The park is located between 8th and 9th Streets and Erie and Ontario Avenues. We are asking all artists and vendors for $100 (Changed 7/21/10) to reserve a booth space for both days. This money will help pay for park fees and entertainment costs.

Note: Vendor fees have been reduced as of 7/21/10. If you have already signed up and paid for a booth, you will be reimbursed for the difference in cost by Sunday, Aug. 22nd at the festival. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Additional Information

1. FEES: If you are only able to participate one of the two days, we can reduce the fee to $75. It is no different if you plan to participate either Saturday or Sunday. Please explain in the “notes” section of the vendor form.
2. BOOTH LOCATION: You are not guaranteed the same booth location from years past. Needs change from year to year, as will the booth arrangement. We will do our best to be flexible when giving you a spot when you arrive, but please be patient and understanding.
3. SET UP TIMES: It is encouraged that you set up the evening before the event. Staff will be on site the evening of Friday, August 20th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Please do not set up if Earthfest staff is not on site. Doing so will leave your belongings subject to removal. If you wish to set up on Saturday, Earthfest staff will be on site at 6:00am. Security will be on site both Friday and Saturday nights. Note: We ask that vendors stay open until 7:00pm on Saturday.
4. VEHICLE ENTRY: You may drive your vehicle into and our of the part using ONLY the southeast corner of Fountain Park (Corner of 8th and Ontario Ave.). Vehicles must be off the park grounds by 9:00am Saturday morning. Vehicles will not be allowed back on park grounds until after 5:00pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. PARKING: After unloading, park your vehicle(s) behind the Health and Human Resources building that fronts 8th St. at the east side of the park. Signs will direct you there.
6. RECYCLING: One of the initiatives of Earthfest is to promote recycling and composting and we would appreciate your assistance in directing fest visitors to the correct receptacles. We'd also like you to pack our all of your refuse (except recyclables) to keep trash barrels from overflowing.
